Turkey - A magical Place
More than 20.000 Britons have so far bought homes in Turkey, drawn by the country's warm summer months, mild winters, the magnificent beaches and a flavour of the Mediterranean.
There are increasingly more flights to the resorts of Bodrum, Fethiye and Antalya. In fact, British Airways have recently begun flying into Antalya and EasyJet have routes now flying into Istanbul and Dalaman.Flights are available throughout the winter months too.
Turkey hasa low cost of living-eating out and utilities are much cheaper than the UK and many other countries. Their economy has been soaring by 6 per cent, per year, since 2002; one of the highest sustained rates of growth in the world.
The house prices in Turkey are increasingly steadily. They have been rising on average 10-30 per cent per year and there is no sign of a slowdown. In fact many overseas experts are predicting a boom as Turkey has applied to j oin EU and when other countries have done the so house prices escalated rapidly.
Whether you are looking to buy to simply improve your lifestyle or for investment purposes or even a combination of both, Overseas Property Turkey has a wealth of knowledge and will do our best to point you in the right direction. If you are thinking of renting out your new home, the rental market in Turkey is definitely gathering pace and rooms are generally rented our for up to 150 pound per week. e.g a five bedroom villa for circa 750 pound per week.
